Return Policy
At Glam'lle, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully curated pieces. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewelry, we follow a strict quality-first policy.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
Exchanges (Eligible Cases Only)
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect item received
To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- An unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the issue
Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Exchange Process
Once approved:
- A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
- If the item is unavailable, store credit may be provided
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color variations (due to lighting/screen differences)
- Slight irregularities in handcrafted pieces
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processed, cancellations will not be possible.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. In rare approved cases, refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
